3. Minimum Charges and Pricing: FHS operates a minimum charge of a 24-hour contract, billed at a minimum rate of £45 per hour for the service. Delivery costs for the machine will apply regardless of the size of the job. Service fees are agreed upon at the time of booking and detailed in the confirmation email. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other accepted methods. Late payments may incur interest charges as per the agreed terms.
4. Booking and Confirmation: Customers can book services directly via phone, email, or the contact form on our website. A written confirmation of the service, including scope, date, and charges, will be provided via email upon booking. A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking to secure the service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety and readiness of their site. Any damages caused by unsafe site conditions may be the responsibility of the customer. FHS is not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond its control, such as traffic, weather, or site inaccessibility.
7. Operator Conduct and Safety: All FHS operators are qualified, CRB-checked, and trained to operate equipment professionally and safely. Customers must provide a safe working environment, including hazard-free conditions, clear access, and adherence to health and safety laws. In the event of an accident, the operator will report the incident in the customer’s accident book and notify FHS immediately.
8. Equipment Use: FHS equipment is operated exclusively by FHS-authorised personnel unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are not permitted to use or modify FHS equipment without prior consent.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection: FHS respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Information shared with FHS will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
